AMENITIES

Guest Laundry

Guest laundry is available outside the central elevator immediately outside in the corridor. The machines operate on quarters, washers and dryers are $2.00 each per load. Detergent, dryer sheets, and quarters are available for purchase at the front desk.

Ice Machine

Located inside the guest laundry room.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

We currently are scheduling light housekeeping services every other night of your stay. Full housekeeping services will be provided on the 6th day of your stay. If you would prefer to have more frequent cleaning services, please let our front desk know upon arrival so that we can schedule accordingly.

Should you need any services sooner, more frequently, or any amenity replenishment throughout your stay please contact the front desk for scheduling.

Pool & Beach – Sunrise to Sunset

Beach Chair Rental

If you are looking to soak up some sun on our private beach – we are pleased to offer daily chair rentals for $10 (+tax) per chair. Umbrellas are included based on availability. To ensure the safety and security of all our guests – personal chairs, umbrellas and coolers are not permitted.

Towels left on unpaid beach chairs will be removed at 11 am.

Complimentary for all guests.

Beach & Pool Towels

Towels are available at the front desk. To ensure availability for all of our guests, we ask that towels are checked out daily and returned after use so that we can launder them. Towels not returned by 10 pm on the day they were checked out will be subject to a $15 per towel charge.

What does it mean to be ocean friendly?

- No Styrofoam: only recyclable or compostable
- No Plastic Bags for purchases, take-out and delivery
- Compostable Greenware products (Cups, straws, utencils)

- Any beach-front lighting is turtle friendly

HOTEL POLICIES

Smoking Policy

Winter’s Beach Club is 100% non-smoking both inside your guest room and on your balcony. If any guest is found to have smoked in these areas you may be charged a $250 recovery fee for deep cleaning. Guests are welcome to use the designated smoking area outside of our front doors – however, smoking is not permitted on the pool deck or the beach.

Considerations to Other Guests

We ask that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am daily. Guests found to be causing a disturbance of any sort will be asked to quiet down, should the noise fail to stop from that point you may be asked to leave the hotel without a refund. We kindly ask that you refrain from any decorating of your guest room that will cause damage or additional cleaning. Any rooms found at check-out to require additional cleaning or maintenance outside of our normal cleaning procedures may be subject to cleaning and damage fees.

Wristbands

To ensure we are able to keep you a spot at our pool deck and beach, please be sure to wear the wristband provided to you at all times. Our pool is located directly behind our hotel.
